'A group known as 'The Watchers' started preparing for what was to come, hiding caches of IT tech, arms and means of communicating with each other. From the shadows of a world suffocated by surveilance, propoganda, and engineered - fear, this group pf watchers, led by John, begins to remember. In the stillness of the mandated night, where the SOP cannot control or monitor (yet) dreams, fragments of the past return......along with one, urgent question, the regime cannot suppress; 'how do we take it back?'
The SOP took the world - but forgot the dreamers. A world that didnt just fall in a day, it eroded, quietly, slowly - right in front of us.

The Journey of Andy Wright
Early Life and Influences
Andy Wright was born in the midlands, Tamworth a town with an ever increasing population, courtesy of what was rather unkindly known at the time as 'the overspill' from Birmingham. Raised in an old fashioned working-class family, father was a clerk for the local building society, mother stayed at home with one younger brother and one older sister.
Andy has had a really varied working life, from a HGV mechanic, to HGV driver, after showing initiative, he was promoted to an office position in the transport department where he was driving. In 2005 he set out on his own as an Interim logistics consultant, working all over the UK as a trouble-shooter, placed to review and improve under performing operations.
In 2025, in between assignments, Andy committed to fulfill his lifelong dream of writing and publishing a book. The Surface Dwellers was the first, quickly followed by two childrens educational Books.
'I promised a friend's daughter that I would write a book for her, and dedicate it to her' The photo's I saw from when she received the book from Amazon made it worth all of the effort. I was so pleased by this I thought I would write another'.
'I get so much pleasure from reading and, my hope is that I can pass this on to others' My two favourite authors are Stephen Leather and Jim Butcher.
